Your "Hosting Account Welcome" email contained a username and password that allows you to connect to your site via FTP (file transfer protocol). You can download a free FTP client (such as Filezilla) that will allow to you transfer files to and from your website.

Where your FTP client asks for a "host," use the IP address that was given in your "Hosting Account Welcome" email. It can also be connected to via yourdomain.com once your DNS information has propagated for your site (usually 24-48 hours after you make the DNS changes).

Your home page and all related files should go under the public_html folder on your website.
